Title

[NMDP - BMT CTN MOU] 1702: Clinical Transplant Related Long-Term Outcomes of Alternative Donor Allogeneic Transplantation (CTRL-ALT-D)

Principal Investigator

Brandon Hayes-Lattin

Study Purpose

We are doing this study to see how well patients do after transplant depending on whether they are very likely or very unlikely to find a matched unrelated donor.

We also want to learn about:
- Barriers patients and their doctors face when trying to get a transplant
- How many of the patients in this study get a transplant
- How well patients do after having a transplant depending on the type of donor used

Medical Condition(s)

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML), Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS), Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL), Hodgkin's Lymphoma (HL), Aplastic Anemia (AA), Sickle Cell Disease (SCD), allogeneic stem cell transplant

Eligibility Criteria

Patients of all ages with Acute myeloid leukemia (AML), Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS), Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL), Hodgkin's Lymphoma (HL), Aplastic Anemia (AA), Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) who are eligible for allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation.
