Title

Serial Measurements of Molecular and Architectural Responses to Therapy

Principal Investigator

Raymond Bergan

Study Purpose

The purpose of this study to test samples from a patient's cancer can be used to find combinations of drugs that best combat the kind of cancer the patient has. Another purpose of this study is to test patients' cancer cells to understand why cancer drugs stop working.
In this study, we will take blood and tissue sample from patients and test them to determine your complete DNA sequence, called whole genome sequencing. We will do other kinds of genetic testing, also, to understand as much as we can about the kind of cancer you have.
