Worker protection standard
The Worker Protection Standard was written by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to reduce the risk of pesticide poisoning among agricultural workers and pesticide handlers. Oregon OSHA enforces the Worker Protection Standard as it was adopted in 437-004-6000.

Revisions to the Worker Protection Standard
